A technician named Yuriy came out and was able to q... uickly find out which component needed replacing, and left to get authorization for placing an order. He rescheduled a return visit a few days later with the replacement component and after a bit more troubleshooting was able to resolve the issue and restore the unit to working order. Additionally, Yuriy was able to teach me how to open the heater unit for inspections and cleaning of the air filter, as well as some advice for longevity of the unit.
